The Sittaford Mysterdy was first published by William Collins Sons & Co Ltd in 1931. It was first issued by Fontana Books in 1961. This is the eleventh impression, published in November 1983.

First published in 1931 in the UK. In America it was published as The Murder at Hazelmoor in the same year. This Crime Club copy has no date, but from the other books written in it as newly published I date it at around 1951. The price of 1/6 means it was published before June 1957.
