The Labours of Hercules was first published in 1947. This White Circle Crime Club reprint is undated, but because of the cover price of 2/- I can guess it was printed in 1958/1959.The back cover has an advert for Bravingtons Jewellers on the outside, and on the inside an advert for Cadburys, which states "There's a glass-and-a-half of fresh full-cream milk in every half-pound"
